Radicle Projects Plc was established in 2004 to acquire interests in Australian agribusiness projects. Having listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM market on 4 August 2005, the company is actively acquiring assets—the likes of almonds in the Murray-Darling Basin, vineyards in the Adelaide Hills and bioenergy projects in New South Wales—that are generating significant cashflows.

Through the acquisition of interests in Australian agribusiness projects, Radicle is committed to:

  • Identifying projects that possess strong business fundamentals, cash generative profiles and sound market prospects.
  • Delivering income to shareholders by way of dividends.
  • Creating capital growth.
  • Maintaining asset allocation objectives related to diversification of assets to reduce industry, environmental, management and market risk.
  • Ongoing acquisition of substantial parcels of secondary MIS interests, with a focus on cash generation from assets acquired.
  • Upholding Radicle’s reputation as a “people” business that relies heavily on specialist knowledge, passion and commitment.

Australia’s widely varying landscape provides ample opportunity for a diversification of current and future agribusiness projects. Radicle is committed to acquiring these projects in a manner that adheres to the “quadruple bottom line”—meaning that all projects must be:

  1. Environmentally and ecologically sustainable.
  2. Socially responsible.
  3. Economically sustainable.
  4. Transparent.

Based in London—with offices in Melbourne, Australia—Radicle provides an opportunity for both institutional and private investors to gain exposure to cashflow streams and asset growth that are not correlated to the mainstream asset classes of equity, property and cash.
